Brittney Worley (aka Walls), age 31, of Stearns was arrested on January 29 at approximately 02:44 on Tim Stephens Road on a warrant for Operating on Suspended/ Revoked Operators License.

Jason Waters, age 35, of Revelo was arrested on January 29 at approximately 03:55 on US 27 for Public Intoxication Controlled Substance.

Brock Byrd, age 27, of Tim Stephens Road was arrested on January 29 at approximately 03:55 on US 27 for DUI, Careless Driving, Improperly on Left Side of Road, Failure to Wear Seat Belts, and Driving on DUI Suspended License.

Michael Doran, age 31, of Tim Stephens Road was arrested on January 29 at approximately 02:02 on a warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking.

Kyle E. Guajardo, of Delaware, was arrested on January 30 at approximately 00:35 on Mine 18 Road for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree.

Jennifer A. Swain, age 31, of Nevels Grocery Road was arrested on January 30 at approximately 15:13 on US 27 on warrants for Non-payment of Fines, 2 counts.

Robert D. Crabtree, age 38, of Woods Road was arrested on January 31 at approximately 17:08 on Woods Road on a warrant for Non-payment of Fines.

Ronald W. Rowe, age 33, of KY 92 East was arrested on January 31 at approximately 17:22 at the Sheriff's Office on a warrant for Non-payment of Fines. Rowe turned himself in.

Damon J. Buis, age 39, of Beulah Heights Road was arrested on February 2 at approximately 10:08 at the courthouse on a warrant for Non-payment of Fines.

Melissa King (aka Missy King), age 40, of Winfield was arrested on February 2 at approximately 21:27 in KY 92 East on warrants for Theft by Unlawful Taking (Shoplifting), 2 counts.

Brandon Humphrey, age 23, of Old Cal Hill Road was arrested on February 3 at approximately 15:41 on Old Cal Hill Road for Burglary 3rd Degree, Theft by Unlawful Taking $10,000 or More, and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree.

Mathew M. Sumner, age 23, of John Henry Perry Road was arrested on February 3 at approximately 16:50 on George Jones Road for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.

Ricky Stephens, age 20, of Brownie Duncan Road was arrested on February 4 at approximately 17:29 on Pigskin Road on warrants for Non-payment of Fines, 2 counts.

Dustin W. Lowe, age 31, of Oneida was arrested on February 4 at approximately 22:09 on US 27 for Driving on DUI Suspended License, No Insurance, Failure to Wear Seat Belts, and Rear License Not Illuminated.

New Criminal Cases to February 4, 2012

January 12 a report was received of a burglary to a residence on Jody Jones Road. Entry was made by forcing open the back door. Items taken were:

  • Kenwood TK270 hand held radio

  • Optima Digital Camera

  • Piggy bank w/ change

  • Stihl string trimmer model FS40C serial 282705541

  • Brass/copper radiator from a 1 ton Ford

The string trimmer was entered into the NCIC system.

January 24 a report was received of a Robbery/Burglary at a residence in Revelo. Taken was a purse containing money, medication, and various personal items. Jewelry was also taken from the residence.

January 26 a report was received of a runaway juvenile.

January 27 a report was received of a burglary to a residence on Bethel Ridge Road. Taken was a guitar and tools.

February 1 a report was received of a burglary to a residence on Tom Meadows Road. Entry was made by forcing the back door open. Taken was a Sanyo 52 inch television.

February 1 a report was received of the theft of an Acer laptop from a residence on Pig Skin Road.

Joseph Hicks, age 32, sentenced to 10 years for Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, and Controlled Substance Endangerment to a Child 4th Degree. Received 12/7/10, released on parole 2/1/12. Time served: 1 year 1 month 25 days.

Leslie Young, age 42, sentenced to 22 years for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 4 counts, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 2 counts, Promoting Contraband 1st Degree, Bail Jumping 1st Degree, Retaliating Against a Participant in Legal Process, and Flagrant Non-support. Received 9/15/03, released on parole 2/1/12. Time served: 8 years 4 months 17 days.

Eric Ray Creekmore, age 37, sentenced to 5 years for Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500, Receiving Stolen Property over $500, and Promoting Contraband 1st Degree. Received 3/15/10, released on parole 1/4/12. Time served: 1 year 9 months 30 days.

The date received, date released, and time served in the KDOC Release Notifications only reflect time in the Kentucky Department of Corrections system. Time served in county detention centers prior to sentencing or transfer is not included.
