Waymond D. Perry of KY 896 was arrested on July 18 at approximately 07:17 on Beulah Heights Road for Public Intoxication Controlled Substance and Criminal Trespass 1st Degree.

Bobby Ross of Court Lane was arrested on July 19 at approximately 23:46 on Court Lane for Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree.

Justin Ramey of Pine Knot was arrested on July 19 at approximately 23:30 at MCDC on a warrant for Failure to Appear.

Michael W. Blanton of Somerset was served with a warrant on July 19 at approximately 13:30 at MCDC for Non-Payment of Fines.

Jennifer J. Vanhook of Ken Tucker Road was arrested on July 19 at approximately 23:31 on Meadows Grove Connector Road for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.

Krystal Lay of KY 1470 East was served with a warrant on July 19 at approximately 17:08 at MCDC for Failure to Appear for Probation Revocation Hearing.

William T. Jones Jr. of Alum Road was arrested on July 19 at approximately 23:22 on Meadows Grove Connector Road for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.

Douglas W. Shirley of Mose Musgrove Road was arrested on July 20 at approximately 00:28 on Mose Musgrove Road for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.

Scott D. Sexton of Taylor Farm Road was arrested on July 20 at approximately 20:34 on US 27 South for DUI.

Kris H. Gilreath of Pine Knot was arrested on July 20 at approximately 20:40 on Twin Lakes Estates Circle for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.

Christopher J. Loy of Stanford was arrested on July 20 at approximately 16:41 on Wiborg Loop Road for Giving Officer False Name or Address and Failure to Surrender Revoked Operators License. Loy was also served with a Pulaski County warrant for Giving Officer False Name or Address at the time of his arrest.

Rachael R. Worley of Winding Ridge Road was arrested on July 20 at approximately 16:41 on Wiborg Loop Road for Theft by Unlawful Taking (Shoplifting), Operating on Suspended/Revoked Operators License, Reckless Driving, and No Insurance. Worley was also served with a warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking under $500 at the time of her arrest. Worley was served with a Parole Violation warrant from the Kentucky Parole Board and a warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking on July 21 at approximately 19:35 at MCDC.

Ashley R. Perkins of Calvin Staley Road was served with a warrant on July 20 at approximately 16:30 at MCDC for Promoting Contraband 1st Degree.

David A. Nelson (aka Crock) of Stearns was arrested on July20 at approximately 13:00 at the courthouse on a warrant for Contempt of Court.

Chrystal F. Collins of Acorn Lane was arrested on July 21 at approximately 22:47 on Cardinal Lane on warrants for Non-Payment of Fines, 2 counts, Theft by Unlawful Taking under $500, and Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500, 2 counts.

Bobbie L. Worley of Bethel Road was arrested on July 22 at approximately 22:42 on Bethel Church Hollyhill Road on a warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking (Shoplifting).

Wendy R. Anderson (aka Wendy Musgrove) of Bob Musgrove Road was arrested on July 23 at approximately 20:00 on US 27 North for Theft by Unlawful Taking (Shoplifting). Anderson was served with warrants for Theft by Unlawful Taking (Shoplifting), 2 counts, and Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree at the time of her arrest.

William T. Perkins of Stearns was arrested on July 24 at approximately 22:25 on Jenny's Branch Road for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.

Lachresha Jeffers (aka Lachresha Stephens) of Whitley City was arrested on July 24 at approximately 22:14 on Jenny's Branch Road on a warrant for Failure to Appear.

New Criminal Cases to July 24

On July 16 a report was received of a burglary to a residence on Tom Meadows Road. The theft occurred between June 12 and June 25. There was no forced entry to the residence. Taken was a Kodak Easy Share Z710 digital camera, serial number KCXGG71711251, and a jewelry box with assorted jewelry.


On July 19 a report was received of a burglary to a residence on Lum Strunk Road. Taken was a 42 inch plasma flat screen television.


On July 23 a report was received of the theft of a utility trailer from a residence on KY 1651 in Revelo. The trailer is 10'x5', red in color, with a jack in the tongue, wooden floor, and 14” Chevy wheels with gray hubcaps. The trailer is home made with square metal tubing. The theft occurred between noon on the 22nd and 05:30 on the 23rd.


On July 23 a report was received of the theft of two fire grills from the camping area of Eagle Falls Resort. A member of the Eagle-Sawyer Community Watch reported seeing the grills at a residence on KY 90. The grills were located and returned to the owner. A possible suspect has been identified.

Kenneth Ross sentenced to 25 Years for Forgery 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree, 2 counts, and Robbery 2nd Degree. Received 9/22/03, released on parole 7/20/10. Time served: 6 years, 9 months, 28 days.
